Just something to post out there for the folks at Gibson as a suggestion. I really dig the way Martin allows you to view specs and pictures of discontinued models. I would love to see Gibson start to catalog all their old models and have them available for people to see the specs on them.
For instance I really dig the SG supremes which aren't made anymore, but I would love to find the specs on that guitar on the website, but it isn't there to my knowledge.
Just a thought... anyone else agree?

I like that idea a lot. It's something I've always wondered, why Gibson doesn't do.

This is a great idea! They could make a huge online archive of past and present model specs. Or they could have year to year specs on continuous models such as the SG or the Les Paul.

Or at least a history of the guitars with some changes if possible. It's a huge job to add every single guitar & all changes.
