I'm 57 - but only outside

That's bad anyway... long midtnight gigs with unchambered Les Pauls is now (painfull) history. Look at my avatar - that's what my 57 year old back allows me to play live these days :P (But I have bought a chambered fat necked Les Paul Studio as well - brand new, quite light and actually VERY good) B) But don't tell Henry. I don't want him to know that I still buy new Gibsons

And the guitar on my avatar turns 50 this summer: It's a 1960 ES-330T - 100% original and EXCELLENT sounding with a devine midrange. On the two pickup model 330TDC the pickups are just placed in the bridge position and in the neck position (where else?). But on the single pickup model T the pickup is placed from a carefully selected tonal point of view. That's why a 330T sounds much better than a 330TDC - in spite of the lack of choice between two pickups - and a little peculiar look.

Just turned 51 july 21. it's kind of funny some youngster from a music school was going to show me somthing on the guitar at a local tv show I was on. As we started I took off and left him behind. Needless to say I recieved great joy seeng him do his best to keep up. That'll show that whipper snapper! I guess the fact that I used whipper snapper does kind of tell my age.

It has come to my attention -
You didn't specify MENTAL/Emotional Age, or actual "on Paper" Age.

The "banned Ones" are about 10 or so Mentally, whereas the rest of WE
"Age Enhanced" Ones FEEL 21 to 25, but "appear" to be older based on
legal records/paper/birth certificates - LIES!!! LIES!!!!

"On paper" I be in my mid 40s,look a bit younger, but can STILL Rock like a 21 year old -
You know, same face grimaces, same "dramatic Poses", AND have the added
ability to STILL GET INTO the music!!! Spent last 2 hours playing
Mountain, Molly Hatchet, Journey, Night Ranger, Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake,
Boston, Nugent...

Would someone PLEEEASE tell Grandma to STOP Jamming and bake us
some COOKIES??????
Grandma? Grandma? Can I have my Guitar back now???

actually my self image still is around 35 but... Darn, it's usually a broken image by the time I get to work. When I go to shave, I keep seeing this 3-D topographical map where I used to have a face!

Ah, well...
