As I mentioned in my other posting, I'm extremely happy with Gibson's customer service. I have never dealt with a big company (other than the one I work for!) that has treated me so well. All I can say it thanks!!

I purchased a Robert Johnson acoustic a while back and noticed that the orange label inside featured the wrong spelling of his name...Gibson immediately sent me the correct labels...so I know the customer service guys are on the ball...

How the heck does one misspell "Robert Johnson?" I can see misspelling "Henry Juskiewicz", but not "Robert Johnson."

The label inside read "Rosbert Johnson L-1"...so they sent me not one...but two of the properly spelled orange labels

Hi there...I didn't mean to come across as sarcastic at all...I'm still trying to dig up the pics of my acoustic...here is the response that I'd received from Gibson in the meantime...Gibson responded to my inquiry very quickly...the very next day after I asked about the label having the wrong spelling...

Thank you the email. We checked with our Gibson Acoustic division and they will be more than happy to send you the correct label for your Robert Johnson L-1. Please let us know where this can be sent to. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Sorry, my mistake. Nice that they responded quickly. Looks like who ever they buy their labels from made a mistake and it was not caught.
